Earlier this past week we released the trailer for our
second feature film called Progressive Art. Film is an important aspect of what
we do because it allows us to carry out our thoughts and perspectives to be in-line
with our print publication. People who think “print is dead” will probably need
to spend time following what we’re doing at Phsics Media. The Progressive Art
magazine issue, capsule collection, and feature film will make their premiere
at four confirmed venues in 2016. As we showcase our works to our close
community of friends and like-minded individuals from all around the world, we still
have a long way to go as a media platform. Good content is hard to find these days.
This is because the media industry has made itself the middleman for culture. At
Phsics Media we’ve been able to remove that filter. We’ve effectively become a
media that is a culture. And I like that.
Joya Mooi has been such a pleasure to work with. She embodies
progressive artistry on so many levels. Jared Soule was responsible for cutting
and editing the trailer. The Progressive Art crewneck in this trailer was
designed by Marco Oggian, and manufactured in Turkey by Nedret Eren. We try to
add a touch of refinement in everything that we do. This is only the beginning
of our journey and as long as we’re inspired, we will keep making good work.
